Refund policy
No Refunds...Only Store Credit.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to make a return. Only store credit will be issued if item is eligible for return. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no smell, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at fashionfactzboutique@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Missing, Defective, or Incorrect Items must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery; if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If item has been worn or washed it becomes ineligible for a return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as undergarments, body suits, swimwear, accessories, and bags. If a coupon code of 20% off or greater was used on an order, the item is ineligible for a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 business days for it to be processed. If all criteria is met, store credit will be issued.
